I opened my agency this year after a long journey with State Farm that began over a decade ago as an intern and continued through seven years as a team member. That experience gave me a deep understanding of the business and a clear vision for building an agency rooted in service, consistency, and strong relationships. I attended the University of Missouri, am married, and we’re excited to welcome a baby in March 2026. I’m also a member of Alpha Phi Omega, which reflects my long-standing commitment to leadership and service.
Community involvement is important to me, and I stay actively engaged through my local church, where I serve in marriage ministry leadership, as well as with the Houston Northwest Chamber of Commerce. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develop and maintain customer relationships to drive retention and growth.
- Conduct policy reviews and provide recommendations to customers.
- Oversee the resolution of complex customer issues.
- Use your knowledge of our insurance products to recommend, explain and sell policies to both cold and warm leads.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Experience in insurance sales or account management preferred.
- Leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Proven track record of meeting sales targets.
- Willingness to engage in sales conversations.
Compensation: $40,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
